Returns and Refunds Policy – GOBOOST
Product Returns (Canada)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days after receiving it to return a product. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging intact.
To start a return, visit https://goboost.ca/apps/return_prime and follow the instructions provided. Return shipping costs are covered by GOBOOST.
Product Returns (International)
All sales outside of Canada are final. No returns are accepted. The warranty remains valid.
Return Eligibility Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
Damaged items, used items, or items that are no longer in their original condition will not be accepted.
Holiday Returns (Christmas)
For purchases made starting October 31, we allow returns until January 11. The item must show no signs of wear and must include all tags and original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of the returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping fees (“shipping”) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Quality Warranty (6 months)
We offer a 6-month quality warranty on all products, covering manufacturing defects. Based on GOBOOST’s assessment, the item will be repaired or refunded.
To make a warranty claim, contact us by email at support@goboost.ca, include your order number, and attach clear photos of the manufacturing defect.
Return Fees and Responsibility
Return shipping costs are covered by GOBOOST.
GOBOOST is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
