Shipping Policy

At GOBOOST, we ship in Canada, USA and France. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before shipment. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you don’t receive it within 1 to 2 business days after your order is processed, please check your junk mail (spam) folder.

During sale periods and holidays, processing may require an additional 1 to 2 business days. Holidays, weather conditions, or billing verification may also affect delivery times.

Shipping origin, taxes, and duties

All orders are prepared and shipped from Quebec (Canada). Customers outside Canada may be required to pay local taxes (e.g., VAT), as well as customs duties and fees charged by local authorities upon delivery. GOBOOST is not responsible for these fees. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept full responsibility for them. Any order for which duties and customs fees have not been paid is not eligible for a refund. For orders delivered within Canada, applicable taxes (GST/QST or HST) are calculated at checkout.

International customers may be subject to duties and taxes, which are their responsibility. GOBOOST is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, or for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
