Returns & Refunds Policy
Product Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from receipt to return an item. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
To start a return, visit https://goboost.ca/apps/return_prime and follow the instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by GOBOOST.
Return Eligibility

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

Damaged, used, or non-original-condition items will not be accepted.

Sale items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of the returned item and advise whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order on our site.
