Return & Refund Policy

Product Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, go to https://goboost.ca/apps/return_prime and follow the instructions provided. Return shipping costs are covered by GOBOOST.

Return Eligibility Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Damaged, used items, or items that are no longer in their original condition will not be accepted.

Sale items cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a refund via a return and place a new order on our website.

Return Fees and Liability

Return shipping costs are covered by GOBOOST.

GOBOOST is not responsible for parcels lost during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (except in the case of a manufacturing defect)
